I like listening to music when I run, but I don’t enjoy creating playlists. So I was excited when a co-worker introduced me to jog.fm, a website that offers music suggestions for all kinds of exercise—running, walking and cycling—and organizes it by pace (minutes per mile). Just enter your target pace and you’ll see a list of songs that will help you hit it. Download those songs from popular music services, like iTunes or Spotify, and off you go!
You can also view other people’s playlists for even more song suggestions with specific workouts in mind, like a 5k run or a 45-minute walk. In short, jog.fm makes it easy to find new songs and rediscover old favorites, so you can hit the pavement with fresh music in your ears.

P.S. We do not get paid to promote the people, places and things we share with you on our blog. Nor do we accept gifts (as fun as that sounds). You’ll read a lot about Room & Board and our products, of course, but when we share things from outside our walls, it simply means we love it and want you to know about it.
