There’s a lot to love about our new sofas, sectionals and chairs for 2015. We’ve added three brand new, super comfortable sofas styles—Alessa, Macalester and Sala. We’ve updated some customer favorites, like our Murphy sofa and Boden chair, with new fabrics. And we’ve added new configuration options to some of our most popular sectionals. Read on for new ways to get comfortable.
The reversible chaise
Want a sectional, but worry it won’t be the right set up for your next home? Want no more. Our new reversible chaise allows you to place the chaise on the left or right side, making your sectional future-proof. Here’s how it works: move the base of the chaise (which looks like an ottoman) to the left or right side of the sofa, and then flip the chaise seat cushion for a new arrangement. This smart new feature is available for the Max, Metro, Taft, Seaton and York sectionals. (Max and Taft have a bonus—the base of the reversible chaise has hidden storage.)
The multi-purpose ottoman
Speaking of chaises, we’ve added a new ottoman to our Harding sectional that allows you to turn any seat into a chaise (shown at top). With a height and width that matches the seat cushions, it’s a perfectly proportioned spot to rest your feet. You won’t have to strain your back either–it’s compact and easy to move when you want to change spots. Bonus: you can also use it as a cocktail table or end table with the addition of a tray. This multi-purpose piece is available in two sizes, and now comes included with select Harding sectional configurations.
