Denver Store Renovations: September Update

We’re renovating Room & Board Denver to bring you an even better shopping experience. It’s been a busy few months since construction kicked off in March, and the three-part project is gaining momentum as Phase 1 takes shape. Currently our Denver store is one level and covers 20,000 sq. ft. By spring 2016, it will have three levels, including a parking garage and 7,000 sq. ft. rooftop deck, and an additional 8,000 sq. ft. of modern, inspirational showroom space. The store is open during regular business hours through all phases of this exciting new project.

Phase 1 (current): New Construction

Phase 2: Basement Remodel

Phase 3: Main Floor Remodel

The new structure takes shape from the corner of 2nd & Detroit.

We’re lowering the alley grade to make it easy to exit the parking garage.

The new, steel structure is complete, so decking and detailing will wrap up in the coming week. The garage floor slab is also finished. We’ll continue to update you about Denver store renovations right here on the blog. Check back in the coming weeks to see what’s new.
