Denver Store Renovation: October Update

We’re continuing to make progress in Phase 1 of our Denver store renovation! This new construction is moving along and we’re excited to share some new photos with you. Currently our Denver store is one level and covers 20,000 sq. ft. By spring 2016, it will have three levels, including a parking garage and 7,000 sq. ft. rooftop deck, and an additional 8,000 sq. ft. of modern, inspirational showroom space. The store is open during our regular business hours through all three phases of this project.

Phase 1 (current): New Construction

Phase 2: Basement Remodel

Phase 3: Main Floor Remodel

Scaffolding has been set on the south side of the building for exterior framing work.

The construction crews have set the form work for the new rooftop reflecting pool.

Additionally, the duct work, plumbing and electrical rough-in has begun. The alley slab has been poured and re-opened to the public for easier store access, and the interior wall framing will start this week. Check back in November to see more of the Denver renovation.
