Visual Picks: 2016 Accessories

Just last week, we debuted our 2016 line of modern American-made accessories. This is an exciting time of year for Room & Board’s Visual Associates as they work their magic to infuse the latest additions into our showrooms. We asked a few of them which new products they love most.

Cheryl Woolley in Chicago:

“I love the Twain Storage Bins. Their rugged good looks will only get better with age. They remind me of a classic waxed Barbour jacket. They’ve got universal appeal, are meant to withstand the elements and will never go out of style. I imagine them handsomely organizing stacks of menswear magazines in a living room, stowing recyclables in a kitchen or corralling loose winter wear in an entryway.”

Tisha Ballowe in Minneapolis:

“I love the color, texture and pattern of our new Scotland Pillows. I started playing with them on our leather sofas. They immediately made the room feel warm and cozy—perfect for a cold, fall day or an afternoon nap!”

Michael Horton in Washington, D.C.:

“I adore our new Nadia Trays. It’s rare to find a tray that has a beautiful organic shape and feel. They create a delicate layer while providing function. The natural colors [white and grey] can easily blend into any interior. A perfect gift!”

Chrystal Van Patten in Santa Ana:

“The colors, subtle pattern and brushed texture of our new Haven Throws make them dreamy and timeless. I love the layer of softness they provide. Plus, the makers have a great story. I love how Imperial Stock Ranch combines tradition with high-end, sustainable, American-made product. Their passion for the land and animals is very inspiring!”
