Denver Store Renovation: November Update

We’re welcoming a festive holiday season by continuing our Denver store renovation progress! Currently, our Denver store is one level and covers 20,000 square feet. By the time the snow melts, the store will have three levels, including a parking garage and a 7,000-square-foot rooftop deck, and an additional 8,000 square feet of modern, inspirational showroom space. The store is open during regular business hours through all three phases of this renovation.

Phase 1 (current): New Construction

Phase 2: Basement Remodel

Phase 3: Main Floor Remodel

Exterior Insulation Finishing System (EIFS) is complete on the south and west facades. Work continues on the north, east and rooftop deck.

The new Room & Board sign has been installed on the northwest corner of the existing building.

Look at those hard workers! Here, they’re installing part of the aluminum storefront.

Rooftop deck roofing and waterproofing is complete and architectural concrete has been poured.       Reflecting pool work is set to begin soon.

Elevator installation begins today and we’ll begin to drywall the ceilings this week. The new 2nd floor should be complete by early January, and the rooftop and street front display should wrap up later that month. We’re looking forward to our basement remodel beginning in March and hoping to wrap up the main floor remodel in early April. Check back in December for the latest Denver store renovation updates.

Did you catch our October update?
