Customer comments about Hoffman Queen Bed:

We purchased this bed because we liked the design and vibrant color (ours is burnt orange). Since we customized the upholstery we were really happy with the overall look. However it lacks quality and was not durable. We 've contacted R&B hoping to get a resolution

This is so uncomfortable for sitting in, despite pillows and mattress toppers - it's a weird angle I guess.

Customer comments about Hoffman Queen Bed:

Absolutely love this bed. Was easy to assemble and looks great.

My only complaint is that the bed is a little bigger than the queen mattress, so there is an inch gas at the foot of the bed. It is also difficult to tuck my top sheet underneath because the first slat is quite far from the end of the bed.

      Otherwise a great purchase!!

Customer comments about Hoffman Full Bed:

I visited Room and Board at least four times and compared the Hoffman bed to countless other beds before I finally settled on it. This bed is perfect in just about every regard: it's not overly padded, the headboard is high enough, and the style is very modern without losing that mid-century look. I selected the standard charcoal Tamm fabric and it goes extremely well with my mid-century modern teak dresser. I love the angled headboard, though I wish it had a little more padding (I ended up using a pillow against it). I'm really happy with my purchase, it's a well built bed and I plan to own it for a long time.

        Service and delivery comments:

I can't say enough about the fantastic service that Room and Board offers. A couple of days before my delivery, I received a pleasant phone call reminder. The delivery men showed up within the specified time window and they were not only very efficient, but they were also extremely friendly. They completely assembled my bed in 15 minutes. Delivery and assembly was totally worth the money.

          Best Uses

Customer comments about Hoffman Queen Bed:

Very nice bed for the master bedroom. A bit larger than other RnB queen beds, due to the curved headboard and the padded rails on the sides and foot-end. Double-check the dimensions if your room is smaller. When leaning against the headboard you can feel some of the interior wood frame, so it's not as comfortable as it might be. Very sturdy with beefy square steel tubes used for the cross-rails supporting the mattress. RnB delivery crew handled the initial setup but I later moved it to a different room so I had the chance to take it apart and assemble again. Assembly was a bit of a pain. The cross-rails drop over screwheads and The screws were not quite consistent in spacing. So some rails were hard to put back into place.

            Service and delivery comments:

Prompt and good communications. Product arrived in good condition and the delivery crew assembled and positioned to my request. Professional and good-humored. The service and delivery operation is certainly an asset for Room and Board and the experience makes me more likely to order again in the future.
