Our Philosophy on Dining Chair Sets
Room & Board wants to offer you maximum flexibility for your dining space, which is why we don't sell traditional dining room sets. All of our dining tables and chairs are designed to go together, so you can simply choose what you like best and make your own, personalized dining set.
We recommend allowing 24 inches of space for every person seated at your dining table. This allows you to get a natural number of seats around the table. Frequently Asked Questions About Dining Chairs
For regular maintenance of upholstered dining chairs, simply vacuum with an upholstery attachment. For spot cleaning, we recommend Folex® Instant Carpet Spot Remover. Blot up as much of the spill as possible with a paper towel. Then, spray with Folex and gently agitate with your fingertips. Once stain is fully removed, blow dry on low to prevent a ring.
The standard seat height of a dining room chair is about 18 inches.
You should have as many dining chairs at your table as you want. It might be a good idea to get the number of dining chairs that coincides with the number of people who live in your home.
