Customer comments about Woodwind 86h 32x12 Four-Door Bookcase:

Due to the narrow width of this unit, the units height and weight and potential for tipping, the unit should be attached to the wall with an L bracket. Suggest that a L bracket be included with the shelving hardware along with a warning about tipping hazard.

Wish I had enough room to put 2 side by side.

Love the contemporary look which is impossible to find in furniture stores my area.

Customer comments about Woodwind 48h 32x12 Two-Door Bookcase:

I use this piece in my bedroom for my TV. The open shelves house the components. The cabinet keeps my sweaters organized. I'm in a condo and everything has to serve at least two functions. This one certainly fits the bill.

        Service and delivery comments:

The support was wonderful from beginning to end. The delivery guy was nice, on time, careful and cleaned up completely

Customer comments about Woodwind 48h 32x12 Two-Door Bookcase:

The bookcases have plenty of room to store all of my DVD's, books, and cookbooks. The hardware on the lower cabinet doors interfere with the shelves. It was difficult to move the shelves onto the brackets with the door hardware in the way. Took me a number of times to move the heavy shelves on the right brackets.

            Q:

Which parts of the bookcase are solid wood and which are veneer? We are considering the cherry wood in the bookcase and four-door bookcase.
Asked on 12/1/2013 by Jade Pearl

            • DESIGN ASSOCIATE

              A:

The top, the framing, the door/drawer fronts, as well as the face of each shelf are all solid wood in the Woodwind collection. Any other surfaces of the same wood on a given piece are veneered.

          • Woodwind 72h 32x17 Two-Door Media Center

            Q:

Why is this called a "Media Center" rather than a bookcase? Are the shelf heights in the open part adjustable? What kind of shelving is in the cabinet part, ie behind the doors?
Asked on 10/22/2013 by Vendomer from Connecticut

            1 answer

            • DESIGN ASSOCIATE

              A:

The only reason we have this in the Media cabinet category is because it is 17" deep and has wire management for any cords. All of the shelves are adjustable and there is also one adjustable shelf behind the doors.
