Customer comments about Pogo Twin Trundle Bed:

We have other trundles in our home. This one is a better design because it uses fix wheels so that the trundle slides straight in and out to minimize bumping the frame of the main bed. Our other trundle has rotating wheels and scratching to the main bed is a big problem. It is still an issue with this one, but better.

      Beautiful wood, quality construction.

Customer comments about Pogo Twin Trundle Bed:

Love the trundle and bed that goes with it (Pogo Full), however the twin matress we purchased for the trundle at [@] for only $149 doesn't fit well! It's not a pillowtop or anything - just an ordinary matreess, ut it's too high to clear the trundle and bed. We didn't realize until after we placed it in the bed and could not return so we're stuck with it. We shoved it in the trundle, however, you can't slide the trundle under the bed now! My husband and I have to lift the bed and slide the trundle underneath. Great product realtive to craftsmanship, design and price, but you need to buy a super low profile twin mattress for the trundle or it won't work right!

This is a great addition to our son's bed. Will work well for sleepovers. Design is very simple which is what we wanted. Will last from now (5 yr old) through whenever. Very pleased with it.

Casters slide easily, but leave shallow marks on hardwood floors. It may be unavoidable with this construction, since the wood is heavy.

                    Q:

I was hoping to buy the pogo trundle to fit under the parsons twin bed frame-- I know that you answered the question of it fitting lengthwise, but can you confirm that the trundle would not be too wide? Many thanks.

                      A:

The Parsons twin bed has 76 inches between the legs and 11 inches clearance from the floor to the bottom of the side rail, so the Pogo trundle will fit. However, the Parsons bed is only 40 inches wide and the Pogo trundle is 41w so it will protrude by an inch. If you have other questions, feel free to contact our Design Associates at 800-301-9720.

Are there casters/wheels on the bottom of this trundle? If so what is the clearance of this trundle? We'd like to make sure that a rug won't prevent the trundle from gliding out smoothly.

Yes, there are casters on the bottom. The clearance is less than an inch, so it works best on a flat pile rug/carpeting or solid surface flooring.
