When scratches occur on the leather, it is difficult to remove them?

We would recommend the use of a leather conditioner periodically to protect and maintain your leather sofa. Using a leather conditioner can help to minimize the appearances of scratches. You would want to make sure it is leather cleaner for natural hide, not bonded leather. Make sure to test any leather cleaner product, on the back of the sofa first.

Is the inside depth of 23 inches with or without the cushions? Am wondering if someone could spend the night comfortably on the couch

The inside depth dimension is taken with the back cushions in place. It will be deeper once the back cushions are removed.

Does the leather on this piece (Libby/smoke)scratch easily/visibly?. I have a small pet. Also, is the leather dyed through?
    Many thanks.

The Libby leather has a full-analine dye so the color penetrates the depth of the hide. In addition this leather is full-top grain; meaning minimally treated for corrections allowing the quality of the hide to show through. You would find that the leather could be easily marked by your pet.
