The concept of a suspension bridge tower was used to support the frameless back while molding support directly into the material. I saw this chair at Room & Board but wanted to continue searching because of price (I thought why not just get a cheaper chair for my desk). After going to numerous places, I came back as this was the most comfortable, had the look & color I wanted, and the right size. Love this Herman Miller chair. So glad I didn't just settle for another desk chair. Fits fabulously with the glass & steel desk I got from R&B as well. I work at home and am in the chair several hours a day.
