Customer comments about Sabine 101" Sofa:

I wasn't sure about the color because the photo in your catalogue is more blue than the deep indigo that the sofa actually is. I finally decided that I loved either color and went ahead and ordered it. It is really beautiful and looks great with the Ivory Seville chairs I also ordered. Now if I can just figure out a way to replace my loveseat with a Seville daybed in Ivory (which you don't make!) my room will be perfect!

Customer comments about Sabine 90" Sofa:

We have been on the hunt for a statement sofa that balances looks with comfort and form with function. I walked by this sofa several times in the store, admiring it's bold color and unique design with silver base and structured fit. Uppon appearance, I would expect it to be uncomfortable as most others I've admired are. This is not the case. This sofa is firm yet very comfortable! It is the main sofa in our family room which is part of an open space into the kitchen. Everyone compliments it and then sits on it and says how comfortable it is. Had it not been for Carl, the most amazing Room and Board Design Associate ever, who explained the life of Sabine, we may have purchased yet another wrong sofa. This sofa is superb and the perfect balance of what we were looking for.

              - Use this as our main living room couch
              - The Vance indigo is a dark and deep navy blue, and is more striking in person than in the pictures

It's still early, but I love this couch so far. It's not a 'sink in to the cushions' sofa; it's firm which is what I like. And it looks beautiful!

Customer comments about Sabine 80" Sofa:

Simple and clean design, yet comfortable. Exactly what we were looking for our living room. The shop assistant gave some good advice on the size to choose.

Minus is the smell of the fabric, which is quite strong as new. I suppose it will fade with time but it is a bit disturbing at the start.

Customer comments about Sabine 80" Sofa:

We purchased the 80" sofa in the stocked Moss color. It is firm but comfortable and because the arms are narrow there is a lot of seating area. We can fit 3 people comfortably or four a bit close. I worry that the cushions will lose shape and the seat cushion cannot be flipped. The tufting is nice because there are no buttons to fall off, and they always do. This is not a cushy sofa that you will sink into but if you prefer a firmer sofa this is nice and comfortable.

                  Service and delivery comments:

The delivery men were very good.

it's a beautiful, sophisticated couch that looks great against both mid-century and contemporary modern

you'll defintely want some pillows though, the ends aren't soft

the couch is also so deep one person could actually sleep on it if need be.

The Sabine collection legs are 1” square stainless steel tubing. The base itself is 7” high. Our Portica collection is also stainless steel . Portica dining tables and desks will typically feature a 1.5” square leg; accent tables a 1” square.

In the second product picture and in the NYC Soho showroom, it looks like there is an option to get this couch in a velvet-y blue fabric. What fabric option is this please?

Vance indigo is a velvet fabric. The contrast of the light as it hits the nap of the velvet shows up a lot more in the room setting photos, but it is the same fabric.
