Stretch in Style with Kids’ Yoga

Bring your little ones for a relaxing morning and say “om!” with Sean Fraser, Yoga Director at The Studio Cooperative and the Kids Yoga Director at Khelpera Wellness. Sean specializes in teaching kids how to focus, communicate, be healthy and relieve stress with yoga. Guests of all ages will find their inner Zen while Sean leads kids through yoga practice. Space is limited. Yoga sessions begin at 10:30 and 11:15 a.m.
