I purchased a custom 72" Murray sofa with Tulsa charcoal fabric and ebony legs. I'm extremely picky about my furniture and I looked for months for the right one. I love just about everything about this sofa! Its stylish, comfortable, and fits in with my mid-century modern living room. My only complaint, and its a small one, is that I thought the seating would be a little bit deeper than it is. Another two or three inches or so would have made all the difference.
Service and delivery comments:
Service and delivery is second to none! Responses to inquiries were expediant, delivery was on time and the drivers were fantastic. I am impressed! My only suggestion to R&B: provide updates to your customers who order custom furniture pieces on completion and delivery times, not just the estimated time listed on the website. I had to email and call to get an update. Service was friendly, but a courtesy email would have put the over-all experience from excellent to legendary!
