Room & Board was asked to furnish a one-bedroom apartment in The Seneca, a recently renovated building in the Gold Coast neighborhood. Our staff carefully selected pieces to complement the architecture and accentuate the large windows of the former hotel, which was built in 1926. A combination of natural materials and handmade accessories lends a modern, yet warm, edge to the space.
