Customer comments about Room & Board Quilted Percale Standard Sham:
I am happy with this product, it was a little bit lighter than expected, so it matches my sheets I already have, rather than contrast them. But, it still looks nice. I wanted something with a little bit of texture to balance the look of my high contrast patterned duvet. Also, I love the look of a bed with layers, and combined with everything else it has such a comfortable and inviting never leave your bed kind of a look and feel.

Customer comments about Quilted Percale King Coverlet:
Great service and great product. Thank you so much, Judy! (From Chicago Downtown store) Judy treated us like her family.
The bed is very beautiful and solid in struture. The back board is elegant and it gives great support to my back.

Pros

Cons
- Slate Color changes
Best Uses

Customer comments about Quilted Percale King Coverlet:
Had to exchange for the darker gray as slate was not the gray I was looking for. Had trouble finding anything to go with this color. It looked gray one minute, green another and slighly blue depending on light. Definitely did not go with the bright aquamarine pop I had planned to use with it.
Exchanged without issue - Staff is super and I could live in the store (best displays ever). New color should be easier to match (I hope)

Customer comments about Room & Board Quilted Percale Standard Sham:
If you took its size with Mary Poppins' tape measure, that's what it would say.
I purchased this queen-size coverlet to go with Room & Board's percale sheets (which I was slightly less thrilled with--see separate review) and it has performed perfectly well. It has a good summer weight when used by itself, and I imagine it will be fine in the winter, doubled up with another blanket/quilt. Strangely, it feels much smoother than the percale sheets, even though it's ostensibly made with the same fabric. Not sure why that is, but I won't complain.
I've got it laid out on the Parson's bed, and yes, it looks exactly like it does in the pictures. Very neat, with perfectly crisp lines. No trouble with the stitching coming loose or anything like that. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Q:
What's difference between Coverlet & Sham.
ThanksAsked on 5/5/2013 by Love beds from Houston, TX1 answer
DESIGN ASSOCIATE
A:
A coverlet is similar to a bedspread. Coverlet is a smaller version of a bedspread with the sides extending halfway to the floor, while a bedspread typically completely covers the bed with the sides extending to the floor. Rather than the coverlet covering the pillows, matching shams are used as a decorative casing for the pillow. Thank you for your question.Answered on 5/5/2013 by Design Associate from Room & Board
