Our primary bed, it renders a plush, restful comfort in combination with our new memory foam mattress. Very elegant lines with an appealing upholstery in a soothing grey that feels like velour. Very elegant indeed.
The headboard is a bit wobbly (I'll call for further adjustment). Otherwise, the bed is solid.
The unseen seams for the upholstery are not properly finished and will require prompt attention.
The distance between the side boards and the floor is minimal (about 1"), which allows for dust to accumulate, but the aperture does not allow to vacuum it without moving the bed out of place.
Service and delivery comments:
The delivery was well organized and the bed came in proper condition.
The delivery personnel were very efficient and accommodating. When I told them we would switch our bedroom to an adjacent room in a few months, the delivery men encouraged us to call Room & Board when we are ready for the switch --that a R&B crew nearby would disassemble and reassemble the bed in just a few minutes, quicker than if we attempt to do so.

We love this bed! Our selection was narrowed since we wanted to accomodate our low box spring, but we are happy nonetheless. The fabric is durable, soft and beautiful. The price was great in comparison to competitors. The sales associate was also very knowledgeable and helpful at the store. I only have 2 minor complaints (thus the 4 instead of 5 stars) - 1) the king version of this bed does not have a storage drawer and 2) my husband sometimes catches the corner of the bed with his calf. But we still bought and love the bed anyways...!

AM I the only one that always hits my shins?
I have scars on my shins to prove this.
Great looking bed - but the sides are not good for your shins when getting out of bed at night and returning to bed.
Something is not right!!!
Maybe cause the King mattress dosen't fit snug?????

This bed is fabulous. The fabric is soft and the View Gray is a gorgeous, neutral tone that goes with everything. Our R&B mattress fits perfectly with just the right amount of room to tuck in our duvet cover for a more polished look. Very sturdy, terrific construction and design. This replaced an older R&B bed (still in perfect condition) that's now in a guest room. Couldn't be happier with R&B beds!

I BOUGHT THE KING SIZE BED AND LOVE LEANING UP AGAINST THE BACK OF THE HEADBOARD. IT IS VERY COMFORTABLE. MY ONLY CONCERN IS THE SIDES OF THE BED ARE VERY LIGHT AND WHEN I HAVE A GUEST. I WORRY ABOUT HIM PUTTING HIS FEET ON THE SIDE AND GETTING IT DIRTY.

All Room & Board beds are designed to accommodate a mattress only, creating a clean, modern look. Adding a box spring would make the overall height too tall and cover most of the headboard. The steel slat support system eliminates the need for a separate box spring foundation.
