I am a thrifty type of girl; always cobbling together furniture for my apartment. However, my boyfriend convinced me to buy this chair and I don't regret it at all. It was expensive but totally worth it. Beautiful for the dining room or the living room.

Customer comments about Room & Board Georgia Chair:
one chair feels more sturdy (and thus more comfortable) than the other. so there is variation in the products. the "stick on pads" put on the feet keeps coming off and because it leaves a sticky residue on the chair legs, that sticky residue is marking up our new floors. we are taking off the buttons that were nailed in to the chair legs and putting the pads directly on the chair wood legs in an attempt to fix this. jury is still out on whether this will resolve problem.

Customer comments about Georgia Chair:
Additional seating for breakfast room area in large family/great room.
Pattern is pleasing and doesn't get lost in large sunny space. Good design that works well with my modern and antique furnishings.
After searching many options, returned to room and board for this basic chair.

- Georgia Chair
Q:
Hello,
Love the design and comfort of the Georgia chairs. Thinking about the fabric ones over the leather to keep it a little more casual, but am concerned about how they will hold up with our young son and the various spills and shoes on the cushions we know will happen sometimes. Is the fabric stain resistant and/or easy to clean? Appreciate any input you may have.Asked on 5/14/2013 by Sandra1 answer

A:
It is important to consider the fabric. This Mirror fabric is a polyester blend and synthetic fibers are inherently stain resistant. In addition, a small pattern can work to disguise some of the everyday use. This fabric could work well but we offer other fabrics as custom options for the Georgia. You should consider looking at 100% polyester fabrics and synthetic blends. Some to consider are Doss, Desmond, Delmont, Dawson, Tatum and Tetris. Sunbrella fabrics are designed for both indoor and outdoor, and are quite stain resistant.
All of our fabrics can be found here and free samples are available.
