Desktop is too bouncy. I have a FLOS Glo-Ball table lamp that wobbles on this desk. I'm not happy about it since I live in a small apartment and have limited places to keep my things, and since I always use this lamp for my work area. This was totally unexpected considering that the desk is steel and is otherwise sturdy.

This desk is a great size and the simple style allows the desk to almost disappear in our room, which we love. However, the top of the desk has a lot of give, so as I type, my laptop shakes. I don't do much typing, so while it's annoying, it is tolerable. When I use my printer, which is also on the desk, every shakes tremendously.

The finish and color are fantastic. The yellow is clean and bright. This desk hides nothing, so it isn't a good choice for those who want a bit of clutter around. However, it is solid and provides a lot of space in exchange for a very light feel (the desk is heavy, but doesn't look it at all).

We bought this for a kids desk in the light blue color. The desk itself is great, it's totally stable, perfect size for a small New York home, blends easily with other styles. We love R&B and we love this little desk. The one con is that the light blue finish doesn't seem to be applied well enough. On the transport home in our car the desk slid around a bit. Not much, just a bit, and when we took it in the house it had a mark where the paint came off. I think R&B needs to consider coating the table multiple times to avoid this in future. But I would not say don't buy it for that...because our kid LOVES the color. Hopefully I can find a way to touch it up.
