Ordered frames, took 2 weeks to arrive, at which time they arrived broken... glass everywhere in the box. I called customer service 3x as it took a week for UPS to show up - UPS said R&B needed to call them to get a call tag first. Once picked up, R&B told me they couldnt process the refund until they received the product which took 2+ weeks. It was only after I called 3 weeks later that they agreed to process my refund. Terrible customer service!! Will not order from R&B again, for the money they charge, its not worth it!

These frames are great - we ordered one and then went back for two more to showcase family photography. The frames look very professional when hung, but the backside feels a little cheap, with small bendable metal flaps to close the back of the frame instead of something sturdier. My husband also sliced his hand open with the edge of the glass - user error, but be careful!

I used several of these frames to create on large image. Room and board has the best customer service [...] a new service offered called complete your home. For $99, r and b will send someone to hang as many r and b frames as you can buy. This woman spent 3 hours at my house meticulously hanging every one of my frames. If I knew about the high level of customer service at r and b before I started furniture shopping I would have gotten everything there. Literally the best!
