Love the texture of the fabric, the color fits pretty well with any space and furniture around the chair, it is very comfortable to write on the computer and light to roll it to the dinning room and review some documents while taking some tea. I don like the top and low borders of the fabric because after a I have been used the chair for almost two months it looks it has wrinkles on it.

I have been using this chair for a couple months. At my office I use an Aeron chair, which is appropriate for all-day use. This chair is likely not suitable for that amount of use. I use it, on average, less than one hour each day, and I use it for no more than two hours at any time. For the price, it works very well for that usage. It also looks quite nice. It offers little adjustability, which is not as frustrating as it sounds because of the ergonomic design. The arms are hard and flimsy -- do not plan on using them. Frankly, the (unadjustable) arms are so low on the chair that I cannot get my elbows down to them. I think this is probably on purpose so that the chair can be pulled up to a desk on which you rest your hands. For me, this is the case and so it works out well. I like the mesh material used for the seat/back, as it keeps me cool.

Terrible customer service.

Service and delivery comments:

This is more for the service, than the chair. No follow up whatsoever. Failed to live up to repeated promises -- promises to take care of something and call back, only to never receive a follow up call. That has happened several times. If I ever receive the product, I will actually review the chair. But no way I use Room and Board again for "stock" products that take several months to arrive. I'd much rather give my business to companies that provide actual customer service.

The Setu chair is perfect for my home office, where I spend about 20 hours per week. It was roughly half the price of the Mirra chair I sit in at work but I find it to be more comfortable and better looking in the home environment. The mesh is supportive and breathable while the back reclines just enough. Adjustable arms would be nice, but for the price this is just right.

Office chairs with multiple adjustments drive me crazy. The instructions for this chair are "Just sit" and it works perfectly both for me and my wife every time we sit with no adjustments. I don't know how they do it but you always feel like the chair was made just for you. We even got a variation to use around our breakfast table!

The chair looks great and is priced reasonably well, no doubt about it. There is a flaw. I'm 6'3 and a healthy weight. My legs don't fit entirely on the mesh of the seat. This causes my thighs to press diagonally against the metal bars on each side. After about 5 minutes it causes my legs to hurt and it becomes more painful the longer you sit. I've tried many different postures but it just relocates the pain. I tried it for a week then decided to return it. It's really uncomfortable for bigger people.

I use this chair as my home office chair and it works great. It is much smaller than my former chair, but is comfortable and seems to be ergonomically well made. No back problems. Nice design.
