There are so many things to like about this shelf, from the real-wood construction to the ease of assembly. The wall-hugging depth (4") and height (3") means that the shelf is unobtrusive and simple enough to fit in virtually any decor, while still conveying "quality". The shelf itself doesn't detract from whatever you place on it. I have four small oil paintings on wood planks. I couldn't risk defacing them by hanging in the conventional manner, and this shelf provided the perfect solution.

A very solid, well made ledge. Product matches its description well, and it was well packaged. Ledge seems heavier than it needs to be for most applications. Somewhat hard to install. Wondered why the screws that remain visible on the underside were silver, and not black, like my ledge.

Beautiful and high quality. Not only are the shelves high quality but the hardware is as well. Fortunately they are not difficult to install since I wasn't sure where I wanted them and ended up moving them shortly after they were installed.

We put these up in our living room above the media cabinet to hold a few records. The depth is perfect, they were easy to install, and they look fantastic. I really loved that the pre-drilled holes on the shelves were already 16" apart, so once I found our wall studs using a studfinder, they went right in securely.

Boy, I really like these picture ledges. For starters, they are real wood. Real, real wood. No particle board, no veneered particle board, no veneered corrugated (yeah that's you, Ikea!). Next, they have a simple, spare look that makes sure the objects and photos you put on them are the focus. Lastly, they install very securely to the wall, and few fasteners are visible when installed.
