Brynn
Description
Rich, yet neutral tones create Brynn's subtle, modern pattern. Hand-knotted softness and a deep, cushiony 100% wool pile make this rug supremely comfortable and very hard-wearing.
Please note that shedding is a natural occurance in high-quality wool rugs, but will decrease over time. The amount of shedding will depend on the traffic pattern and use of your rug.

Customer comments about Brynn 5'7"x7'10" Rug:
Love this rug, but man - it sheds endlessly. I finally took to using my dog's undercoat comb to get most of the excess shedding done all at once, and now it looks really much better.
Service and delivery comments:
Great service -they came in, dropped off the rug, and did it on time and with a smile.

Customer comments about Brynn 8'2"x11'6" Rug Bisque:
We needed the largest size rug for our room, and to go with the Malone sectional. It matches the Dakota Fog fabric perfectly. My new dog vomited on it, and after frantically scooping/blotting/carefully cleaning, there is no trace of the mishap. The rug sheds a little, but that is to be expected from an all wool rug. It was expensive, but we expect it to last many years with proper care.

Customer comments about Brynn 5'7"x7'10" Rug:
I was VERY skeptical about the price of this rug at first. But after looking for months at TONS of rugs, I saw it in person and even my husband was SOLD. The rug was delivered by UPS within a week. The rug is well made. The only issue I had was the smell. There is a strong odor almost immediately upon taking it out of the packaging. I read online to see what to do. I used a baking soda/borax mixture on the rug twice and then placed dryer sheets underneath. Its been a month and the smell is pretty much gone. I still love this rug.

Customer comments about Brynn 6'7"x9'10" Rug:
This rug is really beautiful and luxurious. It is a substantial rug that is well made and very comfy to walk on. As some others have noted, it does shed quite a bit at first but that is temporary.

Customer comments about Brynn 6'7"x9'10" Rug:
I hesitated about the price, but now that we live with this rug, I am so glad we bought it! It does make its presence known with some shedding, but the look and quality are worth it. Feels wonderful underfoot. I love that it was handmade in Tibet and I just hope the craftspersons got a fair shake, at this price.

Customer comments about Brynn 8'2"x11'6" Rug Ink:
The "Ink" color and texture of the rug reads as a much higher end rug. Client loves the rug and is considering another in a different color. Great buy!

Customer comments about Brynn 8'2"x11'6" Rug Bisque:
Beautiful rug, and seems to be very well constructed. It had a funny smell for a few months, and also shed more than I would think normal for close to 6 months. Now the rug is great though, and I feel that the hefty price tag is more justified.

I have this rug in my livingroom under an Align coffee table. It looks great and feels great, but it should for the price.

Q:
What is the best way to clean this rug?Asked on 6/4/2013 by Mary Kate from Chicago1 answer

A:
For wool rugs blot spills immediately with a clean sponge, or cloth to absorb the spill. Use a mild detergent for stains, testing on a small, inconspicuous area first. Professionally clean for set-in stains or as needed. http://www.roomandboard.com/rnb/ideas_advice/materials_care/care_instructions.ftl?id=wool_rugsAnswered on 6/5/2013 by Design Associate from Room & Board
