I have the walnut finish and i love the simplicity, functionality, design and comfort. the desk is solid hardwood and metal. Solid quality and great function. Obviously storage space has to come separately as the drawer space is just enough for the necessities.

You might not appreciate the size of the drawers at first glance, but fully extended they double the work space which is a big benefit if you need to spread your work out. They are also great if you have to quickly remove the clutter and hide it away when you have to make the space presentable!

Overall this is a perfect fit for us including finish, quality, use. Would have been nice to have dampers to quiet the drawer front and drawer we added those ourselves so really no big deal.

The pullout keyboard tray on this desk is the absolutely perfect height for ergonomic typing (very hard to find in desks) and is super sturdy. There is a nice cord keeper / feeder in the back of the tray to keep everything tidy.
I wish the pull-out tray had some kind of storage or dividers to put little odd papers, pens, etc. I improvised with trays from the Container Store.
