Yes, these are 2 separate pieces with connectors included. The chaise is 40w x 66d and you can choose either the 66w or 76w right-arm sofa, both are 37d. The 105" is the overall width or length along the back edge of the sofa with chaise.
The sofa itself is 66-67"w and the chaise is 36-37"w.
