I almost didn't buy because of concerns about wrinkling. But after washing and drying on low heat, it came out perfect. No creases, just crisp and pleasantly rumpled, like an oxford shirt. The stitched edges resist creasing in the dryer, giving it a finished but casual look.

Very disappointed in this purchase. Only 220 thread count (I would expect more from a higher end retailer like R&B). Bought a king size and couldn't believe the wrinkling!! Tried to dry on a different setting but no luck. Imagine trying to hand iron a king size duvet! Will probably have it professionally laundered from now on and I bought this item specifically so I could avoid a duvet that needed to go to the cleaners. In addition, it's only has the detailing on three sides so you have to put the open side with the buttons at the top of the bed to get the finished look. (I prefer to have the buttons at the foot of the bed so you can't feel them when you're sleeping.)

lucky me! found these delicious white PERCALE pillow shams on clearance sale while visiting in NY. The quality of the cotton is top notch; they wash well, are smooth and have that crisp and clean feeling. Use them as standard pillowcases--adds a bit of fine European luxury to bedtime! Too bad they're normally too pricey for me.
