Terrible terrible customer service.
Service and delivery comments:
The entire experience has been terrible. I've been waiting for over 2 months, despite repeated promises. I've had to call several times, each time being told they were taking care of it and would follow up with a call. The follow up calls never come, leaving me to have to call back. It's one thing that products aren't ready, it's entirely another thing to leave someone in the dark -- and fail to repeatedly live up to promises. Never again will I purchase from Room and Board. I would expect more, and typically receive more from competitors.

We absolutely love our new desk. It is not only beautiful but very functional and sturdy. We compared it to many desks but ended up always coming back to this one. We are so glad that we did. It was worth the money and is a lovely designed piece that we will use for years to come. It makes our room feel special.

I love the look of this table (stainless legs with frosted glass top), but the frosted glass is "touchy." For example, I use coasters, but on one occasion water did drip over the edge of the table and slipped into the space between the glass and the steel bottom; that area is inaccessible to clean. The water dried and left visable stains on the frosted glass. Another time I left a bucket of ice water on a thick towel on top of the glass. The condensation somehow left a circular stain on *underneath* the glass. See attached photos....

Great desk that can be used as a console table as well. It's incredibly durable/well-made and blends well with all styles and decor. The desk visually disappears creating more space in your room.

Q:
Hi,
I was wondering if the sand quartz composite would stain if I did not use a coaster or if I spilled something on the desk? I purchased the india black granite coffee table for this reason but was unsure of the quartz composite. I know when the quartz is around 90% no staining occurs but was also not sure how much quartz is being used in the composite. I really love this sand color and it would contrast nicely with the india black coffee table being in the same room.
