Customer comments about Woodwind 48h 32x12 Bookcase:
I ordered 3 units. One was missing the leveling feet. I called and they were delivered within a couple of days. They offered to send someone to install them but it wasn't necessary. I appreciated how quickly it was dealt with.

Customer comments about Woodwind 48h 32x12 Bookcase:
I have this product in my office. It is a good piece to hold books as well as allow displays of pictures, etc. I have several of these woodwind cases and they have served me very well over several years. I would strongly recommend them as they are very well made.
Service and delivery comments:
I have received deliveries in several states. Your service teams have always be helpful with delivery and setup. On this particular delivery they had to deal with the Iowa winter which is always a challenge. There timing worked well for me so I was quite satisfied.

Customer comments about Woodwind 48h 32x12 Bookcase:
I was delighted to learn I could order a custom size to fit a small nook - and I'm over the moon over how beautiful this looks. The cherry is stunning, and the craftsmanship is remarkable. [...] While I think the shelf is a great value, that isn't what I love best about this. It is simply beautiful wood, crafted into a piece with terrific proportions and lines. I will live with this piece for a long time.

The best feature of this bookshelf is that the shelves are all adjustable, so I was able to arrange them to fit my smallest and my tallest books with no wasted space. The bookshelf is solidly made and looks attractive.

Customer comments about Woodwind 20w 12d 48h Bookcase:
I had been looking for over two years for just the right size bookcase to store my cookbooks in the small niche in my eat in kitchen area. Most bookcases were 24" wide, and I only had 22" to work with. Was most delighted to find this 20" bookcase, which came in the same finish as my kitchen cabinets. Looks like it was made just for my home! Love the selection, quality and ability to customize items at Room and Board!
Service and delivery comments:
Quick delivery, in fact it was early...a bit of confusion about time of delivery, but the drivers worked with me to enable me not to lose any work time and still receive my bookcase.

Customer comments about Woodwind 48h 32x12 Bookcase:
I get more compliments on these units. The solid Walnut gives them a distintive look. I used two 32" width units seperated by a 20" unit. This has a great balance and looks very custom. I am in the process of ordering three more units fr my bedroom / study.

Customer comments about Woodwind 60h 32x12 Bookcase:
After having had bad experiences with less-expensive MDF-constructed bookshelves, I wanted to get a durable hardwood bookcase for my daughter's room. This maple unit fit the bill perfectly. The shelves are easily adjustable, the wood is lovely and the construction shows no sign of bowing or sagging. I'm very happy with it.

Customer comments about Woodwind 20x12x60h Bookcase:
We were so fortunate to buy all of the furniture for our new living room at Room and Board! For once we did not make a single mistake. Combined with the art we already had, it has warmth and beauty. Several friends have commented that photos of the room should be shown in a magazine! We purchased the Metro sofa in taupe, 2 Bacall chairs in a lovely cream fabric, 3 metal/glass cocktail tables, and a 3-piece black bookcase/entertainment center. The sales associates could not have been more helpful and thoughtful. They were always there to help me. It ttok over 3 months to put everything together, but they were so kind. I'm sure they are happy that I am out of their hair!!! I couldn't have done it myself. Many thanks to you all.
P.S. I hace photos, but don't know how to submit by email.

Q:
We are interested in the 60h Woodwind bookcases. We would like to use them for CDs and DVDs. My husband did some measurements and found that if we wanted them to store the greatest quantity of CDs, we would need 9 shelves. So, our question is, are these bookcases made with holes drilled all along such that they could accommodate 9 evenly spaced shelves?Asked on 5/20/2013 by Too many CDs from Minneapolis, MN1 answer

A:
The Woodwind 60h bookcase does have pre-drilled holes for the adjustable shelves. There are 36 hole positions approximately an 1 1/4" apart, starting at 5" from the bottom fixed shelf and ending 7 1/2" from the top.Answered on 5/20/2013 by Design Associate from Room & Board
