This is my first R&B product and I use it in the bedroom as a nightstand to match the color of my existing bed frame.The quality is very good. Solid construction. However, two things that disappoint me:1) The drawer does not have soft close, even IKEA drawer has soft close! Very disappointing considering it's R&B.2) For most people, I believe the floor is not 100% even. The plastic guard on the nightstand leg is NOT adjustable. I have to put some kind of foam tape to stop the night stand from wobbling.I would not recommend people buying this unless their situations are like mine - Need to match the particular color of my bed frame.
Service and delivery comments:
If you are going to pick up the products from their warehouses, be sure to get your own blankets and boxes. I was disappointed to learn this first hand. R&B did send me an email the day before the pick-up but I didn't have a chance to read it before departing for the warehouse. Unfortunately, they did not have ANY boxes in the warehouse and the product was not wrapped all around.
It would be really helpful if R&B local store assistant could notify people the product would not come in a box BEFORE customers place their orders.
Nevertheless, R&B was really great in customer service and they offered a replacement quickly.
I would shop R&B again given the customer service. However, I would need to pay more attention to the details of products and pick-up requirements in store next time when I shop.
