Chair is great. I sit in it about 10 hours a day.
Wish I could say something good about Room & Board. I will not be shopping there again.
Service and delivery comments:
It took over a month to get the chair and customer service was not helpful. I shop at stores for the customer service and none was offered, it was very disappointing.
Bottom line, I recommend the chair, but not the store. I would suggest getting the chair from a different store or the internet.

Nice looking home office chair. I am very small and my husband is 6'4"; we both think the chair is very comfortable. It rolls just fine on carpet, but we will probably get a mat so it will roll better.

My husband finally kicked his favorite desk chair to the curb. He is extremely particular about his desk chair as he is at his computer almost all of the time he is not at work. He loves this chair! He chose this over the more expensive Aeron chair as it was just a little more comfortable based on his 6 foot build.
