Upon delivery, you can expect your cushions to be fuller and firmer. Cushions will soften and personalize with use. Routine maintenance is required for all cushions.

I love the colors, the design and the comfort.
I must add that the personnel and service at Room and Board was outstanding and continued on the telephone after I received my products. THey are terrific and so are their designs and fabrics.

This chair is a very nice addition to our modern condo. It is nice to have furniture to scale with our place rather than overstuffed, oversized ugly furniture that seems to have taken over America. It is a comfortable chair to sit in & read & watch TV. The chair is even better with a footstool. We found one at CB2 that is a pouf and is the perfect height for this chair. I did have to purchase fuzzy sliders to protect my wood floors from the feet. A side note- this is our second Anson chair. The first one had a manufacturing defect. The right dimple did no stay dimpled for more than a week before it came undone. We contacted R&B and they sent out a furniture repair specialist & he was unable to fix the defect. R&B then sent us a replacement chair [...] I am very pleased with the customer service & will gladly purchase from R&B again.

This chair is proof that great design can be really comfortable as well. For me it has it all: perfect seat depth, beautiful soft fabric, not too soft/firm cushion. Comfortable enough to lounge in watching a movie.

The leg detail on the Anson is somewhat unique but the Cole, Marcel, Boden and the Beck ottomans could work well with the Anson chair. Any of these collections could be custom ordered in the same fabric as your Anson piece.Answered on 5/15/2013 by Design Associate from Room & Board
