We loved them when we first got them but now they are all dirty and yellowed. I've tried everything to clean them and nothing worked. We are so upset at the money we spent on these 3 years ago and after a year they were no longer white.

These look great but there isn't any way to clean the fabric. They seem like a magnet for dirt and grim too. I wish I had known about this before I purchased them. They look horrible now and I have to just junk them.

In my experience, Room & Board ALWAYS has problems with fulfillment delivery. I've purchased quite a lot from them and their products are mostly great. However, I always have to brace myself for the problems with fulfillment and delivery.

i love these chaises but they are impossible to clean. they were expensive (i have 4) and i love the way they look... however, they are white, and the bottoms of summer feet are not. they have become dirty, especially on the lower half where one puts their feet, and no amount of power-washing, top job, oxy-clean or even straight bleach will take of the dingy dirtiness. (the bleach was my last-ditch attempt at cleaning, which has given them a permanent tacky feeling--gross) they are a terrible eyesore and embarrassing to use--it looks like we are unclean people! i even sunk them in the chlorinated pool in hopes that it would whiten them!

LOVE the chaise....it is much heavier to move than I thought it would be, but because of this is a much more substantial chaise which is great...my only con would be that it was so pricey...

We love the design and purchased 4 for our modern California wine country home. After one year of use, following the care and cleaning directions carefully, the fabric did not hold it's white color. And, when we inquired about purchasing replacement fabric/cover, we were told none exists, we'd need to purchase a new chaise. Given the design of the chaise allows for easy on and off of the fabric covering, we we're stunned no replacement fabric could be purchased to keep the chair presentable. PLEASE OFFER REPLACEMENT COVERS!

I have these loungers pool side at our home. I purchased these in white and loved the look the first few months, only downfall was that it shows all dirt. And when we got a lot of rain and stacked them on top of each other I noticed a little rust had dripped onto the white fabric and wouldn't come out. But all around these are very reasonably priced and great quality compared to the higher priced loungers out there! I will forever love Room and Board!

this lounge is amazing. it's lightweight and easy to roll around. i hang it up at the end of the season. It lays flat so i can stack two together. also a foam float fits perfectly on top.
