Ok - I love Room & Board a lot. This table is beautiful and I love the design (I got in the glass top). It fits in perfectly with my new studio. It doesn't take up a lot of visual space and is very sleek. BUT, I've had this table less than TWO DAYS and it has already scratched. I have not put any keys or any hard surfaces on it. I have used coasters. My phone did slip out of my hands on to the table but surely that would not cause a scratch. I was assured in store that the table did not scratch easily.

My advice, it is beautiful, but get a top that won't scratch as easily. If this was going to scratch this easily I wouldn't have paid a lot of money for an end table.

First, I love the new grey stain offered. I live on Lake Michigan, and the grey works beautifully with my waterfront views.

I live on a remote island in the Great Lakes. I ordered 7 large custom upholstered chairs, 2 large nightstands and an accent table from Room & Board. The entire order was delivered without hassle to our island's ferry dock. The pieces were remarkably well packaged, which was especially important for a 2 hour ferry ride and final delivery by pick-up truck down gravel roads. All of the pieces made the unusual shipment without any permanent damage. I applaud the service and delivery teams at Room & Board.

I was worried because the glass top is not attached to the stand, but so far that has not been a problem. Since it is in our family room, we put drinks on it all the time and the top has not tipped once. The glass top is thick and the piece feels sturdy. It does not wobble and it's easy to clean.

Bought it as a nightstand for my R&B bed (also Walnut). I think I would find it a little small in diameter for an end table.

I was a little worried about a previous review saying the Walnut didn't match. It doesn't match my bed perfectly but it is close enough (I'm a stickler about these things too). Plus R&B Walnut tends to deepen over time so I think the match will only improve.

My only complaint is that the flat rate shipping is a bit exorbitant for small items like these. It's a shame one can't pick them up from the local store.

Decent side table. Looks really nice but the table wobbles slightly. We got the table with the frosted gray top and its impossible to keep clean - everything leaves a mark (finger prints/cleaners/everything).
