We purchased these knobs to update beautiful lacquer kitchen cabinets with traditional knobs - the kitchen immediately took on a much more modern look - They arrived quickly and were worth the price we paid - now to change out the white appliances for stainless!

I inherited a dry sink with a marble top that did not blend well with our contemporary furniture. The marble was in two pieces so we were able to update it by removing the back piece. Next were the dated drawer pulls. These are perfect - easy to install and they have given new life to a piece that had sentimental value - now that we have personalized the piece and we love it!

I love my furniture from Room and Board, I have a Linear desk set and custom media cabinet. The only thing I don't like about it is that there is no finish- though I knew this when I bought them. The furniture will require waxing, which is high maintenance, and I have to be super careful not to get it dirty or damp to avoid stains.

Service and delivery comments:

Yes, initial delivery went smoothly. The piece I had to replace was just a knob from one of the drawers, that somehow got stripped on the inside and the screw would no longer hold. I requested to purchase a replacement if need be, but it was sent to me immediately and without charge. Good service!

My only complaint about this product is the online description. We looked at several different dresesr knobs before purchasing and spent a lot of time thinking about this product but never realized that there are two sizes of knobs. The default option is a larger size than what came on our master bedroom furniture from Room and Board, so we were shocked when they arrived. There should be something more distinct calling out the size options than the drop down menu on the webpage.

However, the customer service was excellent and everything was arranged for the exchange without any charge to us. We will definintely be ordering from Room and Board again.
