This pillow replaced a cheap pillow bought at a discount store. It is quite "poofy" so if you buy one be ready for a higher/thicker pillow. But I find it quite comfortable. As is everything we've bought at R&B, it is of a high quality.

These pillows would have been returned by now but I made the mistake of removing the tags. It has been 2 months and they still have a very strong odor - I don't know if it's from the feathers or from the processing. Also, they are hard as a rock with no give whatsoever.

I have neck problems and have been looking for "the perfect pillow" for years. I almost spent a whole lot more on a similar pillow at another store, but luckily I found this pillow at R&B, and it's been a dream come true! It's firm and supportive, yet soft at the same time, and the quality is excellent. I've been sleeping on it for almost a year, and it hasn't lost any of it's loft or support. I have 2 of them now and will be purchasing two more.
