I first saw this chair in the 50's in a San Francisco museum. In fact, I even wrote a paper on it's design. For 50 years, I have wanted this chair, and now I have my own. I love it and sit in it whenever someone else has not taken it over. It is the most comfortable chair I have ever owned.

We had been looking to get a new accent chair for our living room after updating our couch to a mid-century modern style. After considering other cheaper options, we saw the sale that Room & Board was having on Herman Miller furniture, which included the fantastic Eames Lounge Chair.
Having made the decision to invest in such a beautiful designer chair was the right decision. It looks great and immediately draws you to it. When you sink into the soft leather you don't want to get up. I admit to being a bit concerned how the chair would look after a few weeks of use, but it still looks fantastic and holds its shape very well. It is a pleasure to look at and sit in, and well worth the cost.

Lusted after this chair and ottoman for years. The price was the issue. Finally just gave in and have never been happier with it. The design is a classic. It is my favorite place to sit and read. The leather is plenty soft and the wood finish beautiful. Worth every penny for the original reproduction. I have seen the knock off, do not be tempted, this one far surpasses in quality.

Loved the chair but returned it because the small scale did not feel right in our home...had it sat a little higher off the floor...it would have been an all time favorite for me.....a very sophisticated, yet, casual chair.
