Room & Board excels when it comes to satisfying their customer. The first chair delivered had a slight defect. Nothing terrible, but it annoyed me. One e-mail to Customer Service and in less than a week they replaced the chair with another perfect one. I have dealt with this company before and can attest to the fact that they really want their customer to be totally satisfied. Their delivery people are extremely nice too, as is the chair.

This chair goes perfectly in my small and narrow apartment. The clean lines of the design are a great accent to my decor.

I am very happy with both the aesthetic and the quality of the chair. I debated between the steel legs and wooden legs but have been happy with my decision.
