All in all a quality product. It was very convenient to have it delivered along with a new bed by R&B. My only comment would be that ultra-plush in this specific product is a little firmer than the competition's products. Make sure you test it before buying it.

High quality, comfortable, but very firm mattress. Despite my wife and I both being partial to firm mattresses, we still ended up adding a 2'' foam topper. It's quite firm! Otherwise, we love it!

After one month I am very satisfied. The mattress is firm yet comfortable. Some reviewers thought the mattress was too firm, but I find it just right. Also no box spring adds to the low profile. It's even made in America. Great purchase.

We almost bought this mattress six months ago. The online description sounded exactly what we wanted. But the customer reviews were confusing. Someone said the mattess had a strong smell. Many said the firm was too hard and had to be exchanged for something softer. Some said the firm was fine. We didn't want to drive several hours to see the mattress. So we kept sleeping on our too old mattress until one morning we called customer help and asked the nice employee for a personal opition, was the mattress firm or too hard. "Firm, not hard,"she said. We ordered the mattress right away. We've had it two weeks. The first morning after sleeping on it we both thought it was perfect, the best mattress we've ever had. Now two weeks later we like it even better. No smell, not hard at all, just the right amount of firmness, the encased coils are more efficient than advertised, fine workmanship. We wouldn't change a thing. The new mattress is perfect with the Parsons bed we've had for a number of years. Don't wait, buy this mattress--you'll love it too.

I love this bed. I was worried that maybe it would feel like a slab of concrete after reading some of the reviews, but for me it is the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. I personally don't like soft squishy beds, or pillowtop beds, they are too difficult to get out of! With this bed, you wake up and roll right off. Perfection.
Also nice that it is USA made of very good materials. Excellent delivery experience too.
