I live in a 610 sf apartment with open kitchen/living room. This fits beautifully in small space between kitchen and living area and provides height. Allows for display to add some color and workspace. I added a white file cabinet between bookshelf and couch that serves as storage and an end table.

We use this as our primary computer desk in our living room. It's a fantastic space saver and looks great. We did have to make a small modification by cutting out a portion of the first shelf so that our large desktop could fit into the space along with the keyboard. Very happy with our purchase!

I needed a desk and a bookshelf but didn't have room for both. This piece fits perfectly and gives me everything I need in a work space. Although the picture appears not to hold much, mine is loaded with heavy law school books and many more without complaint! The desk is perfect for internet browsing via lawptop too. I just use a stool to sit down on and shove it under the desk to save space. It has definitely become the focal point of my bedroom and the stainless steel really shines!

This shelving system is awesome. I get a lot of compliments on it and it looks great. Lots of storage, easy to move. The one draw back is the softness of the reclaimed wood that is used for the shelves. Its such soft material that it chips, dents, & scratches easily.
