I intended to store my china and wine glasses in this bookcase, as illustrated in an online Room and Board (R&B) picture featuring this product. What was disappointing is that the item arrived with a warped door (left door, top right corner) and a broken pane of glass. A service person from R&B came in and took pictures and acknowledged that indeed one of the doors was warped and a pane of glass was broken. He recommended an exchange. I waited another week and when the new bookcase arrived, it had a warped door. It is disappointing to pay almost[$] for a product and deal with a reputable store like R&B and still get a defective product, twice! The warp in the door is an eyesore. I decided to return the product and not have it exchanged once again- it wasn't easy getting it up 3 flights of stairs. It is also a pain to have to wait at home for the delivery guys, who by the way, left the front door of the townhouse I'm renting at wide open after they left. So, long story short, I decided to terminate my relationship with R&B and find a solution to my storage problem at another store.

Purchased this in cherry. Beautiful and functional; fits all our books, including the larger art-picture hardbacks. Didn't expect this but it also smells wonderful! I recommend it for someone looking to clean up their bookcase space or make it a centerpiece of the living room.
