This product looks good in the store and catalogue. After asking 2 design associates about the fact that it seems to wrinkle in the cushions and especially around the buttons and having them assure me that mine would not wrinkle, it arrived wrinkled. It looked like we owned it for 10 years after sitting on it 2 times. I returned it. I have since then found a local shop in San Francisco where they have similar button tufted comfortable sofas that are not wrinkled. Even ones that have been in the store and sat on for 6 years are unwrinkled. R&B says it is supposed to look like that. Unsatisfied with that answer. It looked cheap and I would not recommend.

I've been looking almost 2 years for a comfortable, modern couch to fit an oversized and lesser used livingroom. I didn't want boring. This 98" sofa fits the bill. It is unique, gorgeous, and so incredibly comfortable. My family is obsessed with it. It's the perfect lounging and reading sofa, and it can be used as an extra bed if needed. My only regret is buying the lighter, oatmeal fabric. I didn't realize we would be using it so often! Highly recommended.

We combined this with the Hutton left back sofa/chase in the same fabric in a fairly large family room and together they look great. We love hosting family and friends now that we have so much room to sit and enjoy their company. The quality has been great and look forward to years of enjoyment. Now the fun begins hunting and creating great accent pillows to spice them up.

Apart from taking an excruciatingly painful 10 weeks to manufacture and deliver, the process was very simple and easy. The items arrived just as we had expected and the service was very professional and helpful.

Worth the wait however back cushions lose shape quickly and the seat buttons get caught on everything.

This sofa is beautiful. I got the stock color because I didn't want to wait and I could not be happier. I looked around for months trying to decide and was hesitant to spend so much on a couch sight unseen. But I trusted in room and boards reputation and reviews. The couch is very firm so if you are going for cushy comfort this is not the one but it is comfortable and I even really like sleeping on it. People walk in my living room and gush, it is a beautiful piece.

I was very pleased with my room and board experience. I ordered online and within 20 minutes I was contacted by phone to set up a delivery date. Once the truck was within two days of arrival they called to give an exact day. And the night before the driver called to give me an hour. He was right on time and very nice and set everything up where I wanted it and took away all packaging. No complainants here, and I will definitely be shopping at room and board again.

Extremely Comfortable but this is the 3rd time I've had to ask someone to come out and fix the buttons on the sofa.Next time I'll only order a sofa with buttons on the back not on the seated area. So far over half of the buttons have popped off and the sofa is only 4 years old and is barely sat on as it's in our formal living area.

We have four little kids and were upgrading from a pair of blah khaki slipcovered couches. So happy with the Hutton, which we paired with the 90" Cameron leather sofa. The velvet and tufting on the Hutton really soften the square shape, and it's so comfortable. I love curling up in the corner with a blanket and a book. It's only been a month but so far the velvet has been fine with our children. We are pretty strict about no food in the family room and I actually really like the way that velvet wears so I'm not too worried.

Very comfortable, and seemingly easy to lift stains off of. My husband is a big tall man, and the cushions are deep enough, and also hold shape after he's been sitting in the same spot for hours. Long enough to have 2 people stretching out from each end. And a really nice and comfortable contemporary take on a mid-century modern sofa.
