Nice ottoman but too big for my living room and it really pairs well for the couch not for the arm chairs. We exchanged it for the smaller ottoman so it should look nicely with our chairs and we can use it as a coffee table too.

This Ian piece, together with a matching sofa was delivered to our home. Great looking but soon we felt the pieces were uncomfortable (too deep, the pitch forward was too great & we felt we were sliding out of the furniture - the arms were too high - cushions began to "puddle")- we returned the Ian pieces and exchanged them for the Dean series which are perfect. Room and Board was very accommodating and made this exchange easy for us - Your designer Joe was wonderful to work with - your delivery crew was right on time and careful with handeling. This is the second time over 12 years that we have ordered a Dean sofa and chair from you - we will always come to Room and Board before all others for our furniture.

purchased to stage a place for sale...great service [...]. chairs are good looking...and photograph well...used in circle of 4 in entertainment/media space. this is great set up for conversationused with large round coffee table and two oversized floor lamps.would have paid more for softer/better quality leather...wish room and board had this option as in stock item.but more than adequate for the low price.do have to smooth out the seat cushion when you get up though...this might be an issue for some buyers.

This is a great reading chair that I have in my bedroom. The chair holds it's shape, the leather is soft and comfortable. [...] pads to place on the bottom of the chair so it doesn't scratch the floor) was great- which is what I have always experienced with Room and Board.
