I agree with the other reviewer who said they should have bought this sooner. We started off with the $20 [@]kids table, which is worth what you get because it didn't last long. I wish I would have just made this investment a lot sooner. We use the Jill table next to our couch as a coffee table with two of the little Jake chairs. It's great because we can do projects with our kid while sitting on the couch and she can sit in one of the chairs. While assembling one of the screws broke off and got stuck in the table. It was still usable, but I felt for the price I wanted one in 100% great condition. Customer service was awesome-- no hassle -- they arranged for R&B to deliver one already assembled and take away the old one. We've purchased from R&B in the past and will continue to do so not only for the quality of their products, but for their customer service and the fact that they stand behind the products they sell.

Great delivery service. Called me 10-15 minutes upon arrival. The guys were very friendly and held the product for me to inspect for any flaws.

I ordered this a month ago and three times now it has been sent to me damaged...still waiting for a fair product. It's pretty obvious that Room & Board does not have a 'quality control' department, because it's also obvious that damage occurred befor shipping. This is very dissapointing. I hope they dont treat larger more expensive items this poorly. Where am i going to buy my Eames Lounger now? Not! Shouldnt be a problem.

The first table we received had a flaw; though they were very friendly and arranged a replacement no questions asked, the replacement has the same flaw, plus 2 additional scratches. Uneven legs make both tables wobble. Thinking about just asking for a refund, considering the trouble it is to take off work to wait for the delivery. Disappointed.

The Jill Table and acccompanying Jake chairs in different colors are perfect for getting the grandchildren together at mealtimes. They concentrate on eating at a table and chairs their own size. It is also a place for them to play with their toys(puzzles, blocks) and do their art projects. The set also matches my R&B bar chairs!

I wish this product was made in the USA like most products that I have purchased from Room and Board. This product lacks quality and does not stand up to the standard that I believe Room and Board lives up to.

Pretty table but its completely wonky as soon as you touch it, and no, my floors are not uneven! Called R&B and they were incredibly apologetic and are arranging to send a replacement next week. Great customer service. Hopefully the new table will be 100% straight and all will be good - I love the size, finish and design of the one that arrived today. The chairs are nicer than I had anticipated, beautifully made and the colors (we have green and orange) are very pretty and not too lurid or bright.

Since this product is made in china, it need some more quality attention to detail. It was easy to assemble together. My husband assembled in no time, but the table is wobbly to our surface floor. So we put it in my children's play room. It has carpet flooring so the table is not so wobbly.

Great table for kids to have fun. Surface is so easy to wipe down and does not stain. My child loves this table.
