Customer comments about Loring 78" Sofa:
I had reservations about getting the light color that comes in-stock, because I have dogs and children. But it spot cleans nicely. It is well made and comfortable. It can be either in a living room or casual family room.

Customer comments about Loring 78" Sofa:
While this is a nice looking sofa, I would not recommend it because it is not comfortable to sit in. I need a pillow behind me to sit properly. Also, the feathers pop through the fabric -- so I would not recommend spending the extra money on feathers.

Customer comments about Loring 89" Sofa:
I wanted a sleek, yet formal-ish sofa. I wanted a nice piece of furniture that would be a focal point for the room, a solid base to then add other fabrics, textures and colors. The design of the sofa also has some versatility as far as the style, sways from modern to classic to formal to warm and welcoming.

Customer comments about Loring 89" Sofa:
We've had the 80" Loring sofa for 6 years, and it has held up quite well. It's a strong sofa, as well as beautiful.
We got it in a navy blue fabric that I cannot remember the name of at the moment. This color is great for a family with children. It's not a super plush couch, which is obvious by looking at the style, but it's comfortable enough for us. We live on this sofa. I never lay down on it. I like to prop my feet up on the cocktail table and lean back. My husband, however, falls asleep on it watching TV at least 3 nights a week.
I am looking forward to having this sofa for many years to come!!!

Customer comments about Loring 89" Sofa:
It's beautiful. I had been looking for a couch for 5 months with no luck and this one was just perfect-- the website doesn't do justice to how it looks in real life! It's a perfect blend of classic elegance with enough of a touch of contemporary style to make it feel not like "my mom's couch".
Service and delivery comments:
Starting with the helpfulness of the salesperson in the store through the final delivery of the couch: I moved recently to this apartment and the R&B service was the best I've had so far.
Delivery was prompt, excellent condition, delivery guys were very polite, and they set everything up and cleaned before leaving. R&B has won a customer for life!

Customer comments about Loring 89" Sofa:
I purchased this sofa about five years ago. It has been used for a couple of hours each day. While the cushions may have settled just the tiniest bit, this sofa looks and feels the same as it did the day it arrived. I will be buying another one for my new home. I'm 5'5" and my husband is 5'11" and this sofa is a perfect fit for us both. I have it in a dark velvet and the fabric has held up wonderfully. I also have had the Loring chair for three years and I don't think it has aged one bit -- it does get less use, though.

Customer comments about Loring 78" Sofa:
The Loring Sofa is fantastic! It is so nice and comfortable. I've gotten a lot of compliments on it. It looks fabulous against my brick wall and with my cool FLOR tiles. Very grown up with a fun twist.
Service and delivery comments:
The delivery service was fast and the delivery guys great. Unfortunately, I didn't notice the scratches they made on my wood floors when they moved the sofa in front of the brick wall until a couple of weeks later. So I didn't bother to call it in because I was flying the next morning.
I put those little felt pads on the feet because they are metal tips and do scratch the floors so be careful when moving around.

Customer comments about Loring 78" Sofa:
Used in a smaller, sitting room/living room, in a bay window. Great design for formal/semi-formal area. The sofa is a good transitional design that can blend with a variety of different styles. The sofa comes in different lengths so I was able to find just the right size. I got the stock fabric and it is quite nice comfortable.
