Customer comments about Room & Board California King Firm Memory Foam Mattress with Bio Cotton:
This mattress is great. We enjoy not feeling the other person moving around at night. The mattress is comfortable and there was no off gassing, at least which we noticed and we are sensitive.
Service in the store was fantastic. Very happy.

Customer comments about Room & Board Queen Soft Memory Foam Mattress with Bio Cotton:
This mattress is overpriced to start! We have used this mattress for five years. All comparable mattresses have a 10 - 25 year warranty! Note: THIS MATTRESS HAS NO WARRANTY!!!! There is a reason. After five years, I can physically see my body impression in this mattress as well as my husbands. We are both small, under weight people. When I called R&B, they said that this is typical for the mattress. I would buy a mattress from a real company that has a guarantee and that stands by their products. R&B told me I should have rotated it more, that is "normal". I have furnished every room in my house and second home with R&B and given this treatment, I will never buy anything from them again. We just bought another mattress. Really sad after five years. I would have given it zero stars but that wasn't an option!

Customer comments about Room & Board King Firm Memory Foam Mattress:
This purchase is a colossal mistake for me personally. I am unsure if a mattress topper will even help? I am accustomed to a very firm mattress and box spring with a tempurpedic topper, I cannot even describe how uncomfortable this Room & Board mattress is. I am very disappointed. Mattress has no give, my shoulders an hips ache throughout the night. Whether this is my fault or poor product quality I am unsure, but I would never purchase a mattress again from you store.

Customer comments about Room & Board Queen Soft Memory Foam Mattress:
Bought this mattress about 2 1/2 years ago after replacing a really old mattress, and at first it was great. The mattress was firm and supportive. However, after about the last year it has developed impressions in it. Rotating the mattress helps for a few weeks but then after a while the impressions return. I'm disappointed in the quality of the mattress for the amount of money it cost. I can't seem to find any warranty information for it either. If I had to do it all over again, I would have bit the bullet and bought the name brand memory foam mattress instead.

Customer comments about Room & Board Queen Soft Memory Foam Mattress:
It has been an easy transition from a traditional inner spring mattress to Room and Board's memory foam mattress. Tried all the mattress types in the store and this one just felt right. Competitively priced compared to Tempurpedic and Room and Board stands behind their products. Mattresses tend to run on firmer side so while soft offers good support. Low mattress height though does cause the fitted sheets in good sheet sets to not fit well. Baggy. But recommend since it excels where it counts - quick transtion to the new mattress and good night sleep.

Customer comments about Room & Board Queen Soft Memory Foam Mattress:
I bought this mattress on my sister's recommendation that it might reduce the pain I've been having in one hip that is especially uncomfortable when I sleep. R&B mattress has not helped one iota so I feel a bit silly having tossed out what was probably a perfectly good mattress in exchange for this one. It'd be a fine mattress if you don't already have one. Also note it's not high, so deep fitted sheets will be loose on it.

Customer comments about Room & Board King Firm Memory Foam Mattress:
Even more comfy than the memory foam mattress I used for sixteen years. Very supportive, but it doesn't seem to take the amount of time to form to my back. We have been sleeping great since this came a month ago.

Q:
Does the Queen Firm Memory Foam Bed come with any type of warranty that is typical for mattresses purchased at other stores?
I see a 8 people commented on the body impressions as a con to purchasing this mattress. What is the validity of this and what can be done, if anything, to prevent this from occurring?Asked on 5/27/2013 by Brian1456 from Minneapolis, MN1 answer

A:
Warranties are common in the mattress industry, but they come with lots of fine print about what is covered and not covered. We put our Room & Board guarantee on our mattresses and all of our products and will always take care of manufacturer defects regardless of the time frame.
Minimal body impressions are to be expected with any mattress, but the memory foam is inherently resilient so the impressions are subtle. Regular rotating of the mattress helps to distribute the wear and rotating even a couple of times a year makes a difference. Let us know if you have more questions about our mattresses.Answered on 5/28/2013 by Design Associate from Room & Board
