I use this lamp for reading in bed. I love it. I also like the dimmer. I find the placement of the dimmer a bid odd as it doesn't really stay on my table. I ordered two of these and some have a few scratches on the lampshade which I don't like.

We bought this lamp for some extra lighting in our living room. It is a beautiful lamp and it is easy to dust (it gets dusty easily). The only thing I would change is that the switch on the cord is a bit far down, so you have to either place the switch on the table behind the lamp, or reach way down to find it to turn it on--a little clumsy.
Service and delivery comments:
I have been wanting the Miss K lamp for quite a while. After e-shopping around, I found that Room and Board had the best deal, plus having bought from them before I know that the customer service is impeccable. The delivery time was a bit long, but we had someone from R&B contacting us regularly informing us of the reason for the hold up (which was beyond their control).
