These are great frames. We bought 5 almost five years ago and moved...the wall was so big, we needed more. The only complaint was that the two new ones are a darker brown than the older ones, but they blend well and that is to be expected with such a long time between purchases. The newer models sold now have been improved with an easier way to hang them.

The product looks great now that it up. We bought 12 like they were displayed at the store. The frames are heavy and I was challenged to figure out how to hang them without the hook showing above the top of the frame. There were no directions. I finally found these Gorilla hooks that worked good.

This frame was purchased as a gift after my wife had seen them in the showroom. A few weeks after she expressed her interest, we saw some Romare Bearden collages, to which she responded positively. Instantly I knew the two together would make a great gift, not to mention an exceptional display in the great room. Although it is very easy to hang, it is heavy, so you will want to find a stud or use an anchor. That's about the only downside. The glass could use some sort of buffer or cushion against the metal, too. The display, however, is clean and very striking without overwhelming the art within.

I called my local store and the person with whom I spoke checked to see if there was one on-site. Not only was it held aside for me, I got a discount on account of it being a floor model, though there was nothing wrong with the piece. An associate wrapped it for me and the entire trip took ten minutes. Can't beat that!

I really love these frames. The color is a deep grey steel, and true to the pictures online. They have a texturized look up close, but are smooth to the touch. These are easier to work with than the stainless steel ones because they don't get smudgy with fingerprints and offer a more natural aesthetic.

I was very disappointed with these frames especially for [$] a piece. I was expect the rich patina that the photo displayed, including the uneven tones that made these so interesting. Upon unpacking these I discovered they looked nothing like the photos. The frames looked like they were metal spray painted one even tone black. I could have picked up something exactly like this somewhere else for a third of the price.

I use this frame to hold an image of me holding my sister many years ago on Christmas. It does a great job showing off the photo in a very modern way. The glass that comes with the frame is cheap and will chip easily. Be careful sliding it out. If your image isn't quite 5x7, there are colored backings adding accent to the background. I purchased at the Edina location in MN, but the piece is sold at every Room and Board location. Worth the dough, not an overpriced piece of garbage.
