This couch is amazing. We've had it for almost two months now, and it still looks just as good as the day we bought it. It's long enough so that my fiancee and I to stretch out easily. The color is perfect - the gray is neutral and will blend in with whatever living room decor we have in the future. Overall, couldn't be happier with this purchase!

Delivery was prompt, the deliverymen were courteous and efficient. The couch arrived in perfect condition, and the deliverymen took away all the trash (cushion liners, etc) with them when they left. They placed the couch exactly where I wanted, and made sure I was fully satisfied before leaving. They were great!

This is a very comfortable sofa and guests that come by always comment on how comfy it is. The Otter color is an awesome neutral that matches almost any background color scheme. Well made sofa with classic lines.

my wife and I went to the showroom and tried out many different sofas. We also tried different vendors, but I always find myself back at Room and Board. We wanted something that was well made and was big enough for both of us to lay down and watch tv as well as just sit with friends. This one fit the bill on all of it.

The depth is great, but the cushions provide enough back support to sit without feeling overwhelmed by couch.

Sofa comes with plenty of pillows too.

Final thought: I like the fact its made in the U.S.A.. Glad I can help support products built here.

I use this as my main couch and I'm a single female living in an apt. I love that R&B offers the gray as the stock color as I looked everywhere and most places took 12 weeks. The pillows are a little stiff but that is to be expected and will break in. The center sinks a bit where the 2 cushions come together but you don't notice when laying on it. I am 5'6" and can lay down comfortable and my Mom slept on it and said it was super comfy. Highly recommend. Stylish, goes with everything, comfy and hopefully lasts a long time.

My Orson sofa is in my living room. It is the perfect size. Not so large that it overpowers the space, but big enough to fill the space nicely and provide an enticing spot for people to want to sit. The fabric is casual, or is it formal? or is it durable? or elegant? Actually, it is all of those things. In Doss Otter, the fabric is the perfect touchable texture and the neutral taupe gray goes with all my decor. The sofa is deep perfect for curling up and reading a book, but with the large accent cushions, can also seat comfortably with feet touching the floor. Lastly, the height of this sofa was critical for my space. It is one of the few sofas that is fairly high. It fits perfectly under a focal window in my living room. Other sofas were too low and would have looked out of proportion.

Not a huge fan of the color of the fabric, but we needed a sofa quickly so we went with the stock fabric rather than waiting 6 weeks for a sofa. It's a pretty drab putty color, but probably good since we have two young children.
