The product came just as described. Perfect for my boys' artwork in the playroom. It did take about 4 weeks to be shipped so plan accordingly. Also, the handyman that hung them said that the anchors it came with were not study enough to support the heavy shelves let along any additional weight from items placed on the shelves.

Perfect rail to hold art, small objects and know that the steel construction will not sag or fail. And having range of color choices made my decision easier. However the enclosed screws are not strong enough to mount on drywall.

These shelves are easy to hang and just make everything look more polished. The depth is perfect - they hold more than i thought they would, even a small potted plant. I'm knocking off one star because I think these are a bit pricey, but I still like them so much I'm ordering more.

Shelf came slightly bent on the back side. This did not happen during shipping because the packaging was not damaged. I straightend out the bend with a rubber mallet as best i could. Since the bend is on the wall side it can't be seen now that i have loaded up the shelf with pictures. If the defect was on the front i would have sent it back.

We use these shelves in one of our kids' rooms. The function to hold and display books, toys and gifts. They also function as a punch of green color against the neutral tone walls. In short they were easy to install, rest solidly against the wall and look great.

The weight capacity, if the shelf is properly mounted with wall anchors or in the wall stud, is about 25 pounds. These are designed to hold multiple picture frames or small decorative items and you can confidently use it in this way.
